About MorAsset.com
MorAsset.com is a private real estate office based in Tangier, Morocco, the city that faces both the Mediterranean and the Atlantic, fourteen kilometres from Spain. We source, verify and present, with discretion, some of the city's finest villas, land and hotels.
Our focus is on serving Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) investors, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and discerning international buyers seeking Mediterranean assets with genuine long-term value. We understand the unique requirements of cross-border investment — from legal structuring and currency considerations to lifestyle preferences and asset management — and we stay beside our clients through each of them, up to the notary.
Most of what we handle is never listed. Owners entrust their assets to us because they prefer to sell without exposure, to buyers who are introduced and verified. Before we present an asset, we check its title, its zoning and its owners; the exact location and the documents are shown in person, on a visit.
